The business improvement committee of the MiMo district are interested in rethinking the purpose and function of their main thoroughfare - Biscayne Boulevard.
![]() ![]() The first option is the most economical alternative for the district. With pinching the travel lanes and only have a left-turning lane for intersections, the addition of parking lanes will help business and slow down traffic. ![]() ![]() The second option will replace the left-turning lane with a median throughout each block, therefore using the left turning lane when appropriate - at important intersections. ![]() ![]() The third option is thought of as the "dream alternative" with both the median of the second alternative, and the on-street parking of the first alternative. |
