Pencil renderings drawn during the University of Miami School of Architecture charrette for the town of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea - a Keystone project with the graduate students of Real Estate Development and Urbanism.  These drawings depict the revitalization plans for the A1A corridor, adjacent streets, and parks.
