Saucier SmartCode
In addition to a master town plan, this 2007 CNU Charter Award project, Saucier Town Plan, the Urban Design Studio configured a form-based code, the SmartCode.
The master plan calls for three neighborhoods, with Saucier Junction in the northeast corner being the most dense.
Due to Saucier currently being a rural town of only 200 or so residents, the regulating plan is very rural in character.
