Design of a mixed-use building on Calle Caridad, a neighborhood commercial street in the historic core of the small coastal town of Estepona. The design consists of an open gallery space on the first floor; with a higher-level, or mezzanine, to be used as an office. A separate entrance is provided for the one-bedroom residence above.
